Like any other website, athome.mu is here to ease your shopping

experience without having to physically move. You can take your time and

window-shop all you want and once you are ready to make a purchase, you

just have to add the items you want in your shopping cart and proceed to

check-out to complete your order. You will be asked to login or create an

account and then all the other instructions will follow as you go.

At athome.mu we want to offer a customised and personalised shopping

experience. As such, we will need your personal information, such as name,

email, phone number and address in order to serve you better. Therefore, if

you would like to use our website, you cannot buy without logging in or

To ease up the online shopping process, we recommend online payment

mode, except credit and debit cards. We accept MCB Juice, MyTmoney,

Once you proceed to check out, our system will either accept or reject your

payment. Once payment has been received, in correct amount, you will

receive a receipt to your inbox to confirm your purchase

In case payment has not been received, you will receive an email

indicating that there’s been a problem with your payment and that your order

has not been confirmed.

Note that sometimes inter-banks transfers take more than 24 hours to process

the funds. We rely on your cooperation if you are a non-MCB account holder.

No. As an online business, COD is only possible when a customer has

made a 50% deposit online and wish to pay the remaining balance by cash

upon delivery.

Sometimes customers input the wrong name or wrong account number,

the bank will then automatically reject the payment and the funds will be sent

back to your account within the next working day.

We strongly advise you “copy & paste” the name and account number to

avoid any unforeseen mistake.

Unfortunately, no. For store pick-up, full payment has to be made prior to

arrangements for pick up

Yes, of course. Once you check-out, it is possible to collect your purchase

within 3 to 5 business days at your preferred outlet. Usually, we’ll have the

outlet call you when your order is ready for pick-up.
